These statements are patently untrue. I always strove to maintain my professionalism even wile dealing with people who took none of my professional advice, refused to complete the repairs they had agreed to complete for the buyer and were generally unhappy with anything that didn't go their way, including requests for things that couldn't legally be done. Such is life I suppose, not everyone can be pleased all the time.
